FORMULER 4K S TURBO PRO Review

An updated version of the satellite receiver Formuler 4K S Turbo with the Android 7.0 Nougat operating system based on the Hisilicon processor. The changes affected the increase in memory by two times, both operational up to 2 GB (DDR4) and constant up to 16 GB (eMMC). The rest of the differences between the receivers are not.

Satellite receiver Formuler 4K S Turbo ProIt is equipped with a standard DVB-S2 satellite tuner, which is used to receive channels from DVB-S / S2 transponders with support for MPEG-2 / MPEG-4 H.264 / HEVC H.265 / AVS / VC-1 video decompression. Moreover, the H.265 HEVC codec fully supports viewing channels with a resolution of 4K (2160p). Used satellite tuner supports control of external antenna devices through compatible protocols: DiSEqC 1.0, 1.2 and USALS. In addition, it supports broadcast reception with a maximum symbol rate of up to 45 MS / s. The receiver is based on the Hisilicon Hi3798Mv200 high-speed quad-core processor, equipped with 2 GB of DDR4 memory and 16 GB of eMMC permanent memory, the latest Android 7.0 Nougat operating system controls the device.

Satellite receiver Formuler 4K S Turbo ProIt has three USB ports – two versions 2.0 and one version 3.0, while the use of external drives version 3.0 will achieve the highest transfer speed of large files. The use of external storage media will allow you to record your favorite programs, as well as use the deferred viewing of broadcasting via the Timeshift function. The receiver’s software has a built-in multimedia player KODI, which is used to play various multimedia files from external sources of information, exactly with a resolution of 4K 60 fps. The satellite receiver Formuler 4K S Turbo Pro has in its availability for official viewing of pay-TV channels a universal card reader that supports the use of access cards without being tied to the operator equipment. Mcas emulator is used for smart cards. In the case of binding the smart card access to the CAM module of operators, it will be possible to use the CI slot. The receiver supports the use of operator access modules: NTV Plus, Tricolor TV, Telecard TV, MTS TV. Additionally, the receiver supports work with a card sharing through the XCam emulator, when connected to the Internet, where it is not legally prohibited. The Formuler 4K S Turbo Pro receiver has two ways to connect to a TV: via HDMI interface version 2.0 with a maximum image resolution of 2160p and via RCA analog outputs with a maximum resolution of 576i using a 3.5 mm Mini Jack adapter cable that is not included. In addition, there is an optical digital audio output S / PDIF, with which you can connect the receiver to a home theater to play audio in AAC Dolby Digital format. Additionally, there is an IR Rec connector on the back wall, which is used to connect an external IR remote control command extension.
