RCU Programming For TV
Programming technology is exactly the same, which is very pleasing. It should be noted that the new remotes can work both for the receiver and for the TV. Therefore, there is no need to keep near +100500 remotes.
1) Buttons for TV only: (TV Power + AV)
2) Buttons switchable between TV and STB: (Volume +/-, Mute button)
3) All other buttons are only for STB VU +
Volume and mute control
1) Adjust volume and mute by default in mode: STB
2) Sound control buttons in mode: STB
🔸 A. Simultaneously press the TV Power + OK button for 3 seconds until the red LED lights up.
🔸 B. Press the STB power button.
🔸 C. The red LED blinks 2 times, then turns off.
3) Volume and mute control in TV mode
🔸 A. Simultaneously press the TV Power + OK button for 3 seconds until the red LED lights up.
🔸 B. Press the TV Power button.
🔸 C. The red LED blinks 2 times, then turns off.
TV Setup (RCU Programming)
1) Setting a 5-digit code (RCU Programming )
🔸 A. Turn on the TV.
🔸 B. Press the TV Power + OK buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds or press until the red LED lights up.
🔸 C. Press the 5-digit code for the TV manufacturer: the LED will blink 1 time when you press the 5-digit code, and if the digital code is configured correctly, the signal to turn on the TV will be one time.
🔸 D. Once the RCU correctly recognizes the television code, the red LED will blink once and then it will turn on. If you press the OK button, the LED will blink 2 times and the code will be saved
🔸 E. If the code is invalid, the RCU does not send the Power IR code. And the red LED will turn off for 0.5 seconds, and it will turn on again. You can press another code or press the OK button to complete the 5-digit mode setting.
🔸 F. After setting the TV manufacturer, press the sound control buttons (Volume +/-, Mute button) will automatically be set to TV mode.
Setting up Automatic TV search
🔸 Turn on the TV.
🔸 Press TV Power + OK simultaneously for 3 seconds until the red LED lights up.
🔸 Press CH up or CH down. The LED will blink once when you press the CH button up or CH down and a signal will be given to turn off the power of the TV while pressing the CH or CH button.
🔸 When you press the OK button, the LED will blink 2 times, and then it turns off.
🔸 After setting up the TV manufacturer, press the sound control buttons (Volume +/-, Mute button) will automatically be set to TV mode.
You cannot use the IR code for the (TV Power) and (AV) buttons unless the user sets the TV mode.
Configure STB VU + (change system code)
1) The default system code is mode 2.
2) Setting a 5-digit code
🔸 A. Simultaneously press the STB Power + OK keys for 3 seconds until the red LED lights up.
🔸 B. The LED will still be on even if you release the STB Power + OK keys.
🔸 C. Press the 5-digit code (default: 00002)
⚪ 00001 Mode 1
⚪ 00002 Mode 2
⚪ 00003 Mode 3
⚪ 00004 Mode 4
🔸 D. The LED will blink 1 time, after which it will turn on when you press the 5-digit code correctly, and after you press OK, the LED will blink 2 times, and all settings will be saved automatically.
🔸 E. If the code is invalid, the red LED will be off for 0.5 seconds and it will turn on again. You can enter a different code or press the OK button to complete the 5-digit mode setting.
Reset RCU VU +
Press the (PVR + Exit) keys simultaneously for 5 seconds.
The red LED will blink 3 times after 5 seconds and all IR setup data, including the RCU connection, will be cleared.
Low Battery RCU VU +
If the battery level is low, the RCU will operate as “Low Battery Mode”. The red LED will blink 5 times when you press any keys on the RCU, and you need to replace the battery with a new one.
All data that you have set up (Bluetooth connection and IR setting) will not be cleared even if the battery is removed.
